  1. Sweet 'n' Sour Chicken

  3. 6 tablespoons olive oil

  4. 6 tablespoons soy sauce

  5. 6 tablespoons honey

  6. 3 tablespoons white vinegar

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika

  9. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  10. 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

  11. 1 teaspoon pepper

  12. 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts

  13. 2 cups hot cooked white rice

  14. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar,

  15. thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, allspice, and pepper in a shallow

  16. baking dish; mix well. Pierce both sides of each chicken breast

  17. with a fork. Place in baking dish; turn chicken several times using

  18. tongs. Bake chicken, basting several times with sauce, for 30

  19. minutes. Spoon rice onto a serving platter. Arrange chicken over

  20. rice. Drizzle a small amount of sauce over chicken. Serve remaining

  21. sauce on the side.
