  1. 6 tablespoons butter

  2. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  3. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  4. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  5. 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper

  6. Dash ground thyme

  7. 1 (13 3/4-ounce) can chicken broth

  8. 1 cup milk

  9. 3 cups bite-size broccoli flowerets

  10. 1 cup whipping cream

  11. 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  12. 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

  13. 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Cheddar cheese

  14. 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Havarti cheese

  15. 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Swiss cheese

  1. Melt butter in 3 quart saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add broth and milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

  2. Stir in broccoli; simmer 10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat; stir in cream, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.

  4. Add cheeses; stir until melted.
