  1. 118 1/59 ml mayonnaise

  2. 9.85 ml dried dill weed

  3. 4.92 ml dried thyme leaves , crumbled

  4. 1 1/53 ml salt

  5. 1/29 ml white pepper

  6. 59.14 ml finely minced chives

  7. 59.14 ml dry white wine

  1. Mix everything together except wine.

  2. Reserve 1/3 cup of sauce to serve with grilled fish.

  3. Stir wine into remaining sauce.

  4. Brush over fish before grilling. Grill salmon.

  5. Serve grilled salmon with the reserved sauce as you would tartar sauce.
