  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Pepper

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Milk

  6. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Sugar

  7. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Cornstarch

  8. 1 cup 237ml Pineapple juice

  9. 1/4 cup 59ml Vinegar

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Soy sauce

  11. 1 tablespoon 15ml Butter

  12. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Sliced celery

  13. 1/2 cup 118ml Sliced pepper

  14. 1/2 cup 46g / 1.6oz Slivered almonds - sauteed

  1. Form 20 small meatballs of combined beef, onions, salt, pepper, and milk.

  2. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.

  3. Combine sugar and cornstarch; mix in liquids and add butter.

  4. Cook on low heat until clear, stirring constantly.

  5. Add vegetables and heat gently 5 minutes.

  6. Place meatballs on a bed of cooked rice, top with sauce and sprinkle with almonds.
