  3. 1 Celery - chopped

  4. 1/2 Onion - chopped (large)

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  6. A few peppercorns

  7. 6 oz 170g Dried pasta - of choice

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Oil

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sesame oil

  10. 1/3 cup 78ml Light soy sauce

  11. 1/3 cup 78ml Rice vinegar

  12. 3 tablespoons 45ml Sugar

  13. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  14. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground ginger

  15. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped parsley

  16. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz Sliced green onions

  17. 6 cups 1422ml Fresh spinach

  18. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Toasted sesame seeds

  1. Cut chicken breasts in half and place in the slow cooker. Cover with water and add celery, onion, salt and peppercorns. Set on low and cook 5-6 hours.
