  1. 1 large almond or hazelnut biscotti

  2. 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped

  3. 2 pints strawberries, washed and dried

  1. Crush biscotti in a food processor or with a rolling pin. Melt chocolate over a pan of hot water. Holding on to the stem, dip each strawberry in chocolate to coat about half the strawberry, then dip into biscotti crumbs. Place on a wire rack until chocolate has hardened.
