  8. 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese -- shredded

  9. 1/2 cup Emmenthaler cheese -- shredded

  10. 1/2 teaspoon thyme

  11. 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

  12. salt cayenne pepper 1/4 cup bread crumbs

  13. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated

  14. 9" x

  15. 13" baking pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at

  16. 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
