  4. 4 pork chops --

  5. 1/2 inch thick

  6. 2 Tablespoons oil

  7. 1 Can sliced peaches -- (8 ounce) drained

  8. well

  1. Make stuffing mix according to package directions, decressing water by1/4- cup: stir in 1/4-cup preserves. Spoon stuffing into ungreased1-quart casserole. Brown pork chops in oil over medium heat. Arrangepork chops and peaches over stuffin. Spoon remaining 1/4-cup preservesover chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour oruntil pork chops are tender. Garnish with parsley.
