  2. 2 eaches Cl Garlic, minced

  3. 2 tablespoons Parsley, minced

  4. each Dried red chili pepper, seed

  5. 1 x 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pep

  6. 2 teaspoons Fruity olive oil

  7. 12 eaches Medium mushroom caps, brushe

  1. In a bowl mix together the ham, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, and olive oil. Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture, arrange in a baking dish [may be prepared ahead], and bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. (Championes Rellenos De Jamon).
