  1. 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts finely chopped

  2. 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  3. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  4. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  5. 1/2 cup confectionary sugar

  6. 1 16 1/2 house roll of Pillsbury create and bake refrigerated peanut butter cookies-well chilled

  1. Heat oven to 375 deg In a small bowl mix chopped peanuts, sugar and cinnamon.

  2. Set aside In another small bowl stir peanut butter and confectionary sugar until completely blended Shape mixture into 24 barely 1" balls Cut roll of cookie dough into 12 slices cut each slice in half to make 24 pieces Flatten slightly Shape one cookie dough piece around 1 " balls covering completely repeat with the remaining dough and peanut butter balls roll each covered bal in peanut mixture gently pat mixture completely on to balls --

  3. on large ungreased cookie sheets place balls 2" apart spray bottom of drinking glass wit non-stick cooking spray flatten each ball to 1/4" thickness with bottom of glass sprinke any remaining peanut mixture evenly on the top of the cookies gently pressing into dough Bake 7-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown Cool 1 minute remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack Cool completely and store in a tightly covered container '
