  3. large tomato, coarsely chopped 1 lb. ground beef

  4. PREPARATION 1.Prepare Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli with water and Spread according to package directions, stirring in tomato with contents of package.

  5. Meanwhile, brown ground beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally; drain. Toss with hot Rice Sides.

  6. Top, if desired, with shredded lettuce.
