  1. 213 grams Canned Alaska salmon (pink or red)

  2. 6 tablespoons Fromage frais

  3. 100 grams Soft cheese with herbs

  4. 1 tablespoon Soy sauce

  5. 1 tablespoon Tomato puree

  6. 2 Tomatoes; skinned, de-seeded and chopped

  7. Fresh vegetable sticks

  8. Cubes of bread

  1. FOR DIPPING Put the can of salmon into a food processor or liquidiser along with the fromage frais, cheese, soy sauce and tomato puree. Blend until smooth. Stir the chopped tomatoes into the fondue and serve with sticks of fresh vegetables and cubes of bread.

  2. Serves 10-15. Approx.
