  1. 1 pint strawberries

  2. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  3. 1 (1/4-ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin

  4. 2/3 cup granulated sugar

  5. 2 1/2 cups boiling water

  6. 3 tablespoons orange liqueur

  7. 2 cups non-dairy whipped topping

  8. 1 (3 1/2-ounce) package strawberry gelatin

  1. Reserving a few for garnish; slice strawberries and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar; chill.

  2. In a large bowl, combine unflavored gelatin and 2/3 cup sugar. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Stir in orange liqueur. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in non-dairy whipped topping and pour into a mold. Chill until just set.

  3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in 1 1/2 cup boiling water. Chill until thickened. Fold in the sliced strawberries and spoon over the gelatin mixture in the mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto a serving plate and garnish with the reserved strawberries.
