  2. 3 Sugar substitute

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Baking powder

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Baking soda

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Cinnamon

  6. 3/4 cup 177ml Buttermilk

  7. 3 Eggs - lightly beaten

  8. 6 tablespoons 90ml Butter - melted

  9. 3 tablespoons 45ml Atkins Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup Cold water - as needed

  1. Recipe Instructions Heat waffle iron. Whisk together bake mix, sugar substitute, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add buttermilk, eggs, butter and syrup; mix well. Batter will be stiff. Add cold water 1 tablespoon at a time until batter is spoonable. Place approximately 3 tablespoons of batter in center of a waffle iron. Cook according to manufacturer's instructions until crisp and dark golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter. This recipe yields 8 servings.
