  1. 6 Hard boiled eggs

  2. 2 tb Mayonnaise

  3. 2 tb Poupon mustard

  4. 1 tb Louisiana hot sauce

  5. 1 tb Pimentos, mashed

  6. 3 tb Dill relish

  7. Salt, to taste

  1. Cut the eggs in half.

  2. Remove yolk from white and set white aside.

  3. Mash yolks with a fork and add the mayonnaise and the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Spoon mixture back into egg whites and serve on a bed of lettuce.
