  1. 1 lbs 16 Bean Soup

  2. 1 Large Onion , diced

  3. 1 tbsp Sugar

  4. 2 Stalks of Celery

  5. 1 tbsp Diced Ortega Green Chile s

  6. 3 tbsp BBQ Sauce

  7. 1 28 oz. Can Tomato es, undrained

  8. 1 tsp Salt

  9. 1 Clove Garlic, pressed

  10. 1/4 tsp Ginger

  11. 1/4 tsp Lemon Pepper

  1. Soak beans overnight. Drain and return to pot with 8 cups of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cut back heat to a simmer. Add 2 cups water after simmering for a while, if desired. Stir occasionally.
