  3. Salt

  4. sliced salami

  5. sliced cooked ham

  7. sliced Swiss cheese

  8. 1 medium (about 1 1/4-pound)

  9. head escarole

  10. 1/3 cup(s) olive oil

  11. 3 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar

  12. 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard

  13. 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) coarsely ground black pepper

  14. 1/3 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Prepare ziti as label directs, using 1 tablespoon salt in water; drain. Rinse with running cold water to cool; drain.

  2. Meanwhile, cut salami, ham, and Swiss cheese into 1/4-inch-wide strips. Thinly slice escarole, discarding any tough ribs.

  3. In large bowl, stir together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, pepper, and 1 1/4 teaspoons salt until blended. Add ziti, salami, ham, Swiss cheese, escarole, and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat.
