  1. Cook egg noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.

  2. Stir-fry bean sprouts in 1 tbsp oil. Drain and set aside.

  3. Saute ginger and green onions in 2 tbsp oil. Add pork and fry until done.

  4. Stir in bean sprouts, egg noodles and Lee Kum Kee Salt Reduced Soy Sauce. Stir well until heated through.
