  3. 1/2 cup small dice pineapple

  4. 3 jalapeno chiles, small dice

  5. 1/2 bunch green onion , sliced

  6. 1/4 medium red onion, cut into small dice

  7. 2 teaspoons minced ginger

  8. 1 lime, juiced

  9. Salt

  10. Salted potato chips

  1. Mix all ingredients except potato chips together in a bowl. Serve immediately over potato chips.
