  1. 1/4 cup(s) plain dried breadcrumbs

  2. 1/4 cup(s) freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  3. 1 clove(s) garlic , crushed with garlic press 25 teaspoon(s) coarsely ground black pepper

  4. 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil

  5. 2 pint(s) ripe cherry tomatoes

  6. 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic, pepper, and oil until blended.

  2. Place cherry tomatoes in shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole or 9-inch deep-dish pie plate. Top with bread-crumb mixture and sprinkle with parsley. Bake until heated through and crumbs have browned, about 20 minutes.
