  2. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Seedless grapes

  3. 1 cup 237ml Apple - cored and sliced (medium)

  4. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Raisins

  5. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Diced celery

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried tarragon - crushed

  7. Salt and pepper - to taste

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Low fat mayonnaise - *see note

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Yogurt - *see note

  10. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped parsley

  11. Lettuce leaves

  12. Thyme sprigs - optional
