  7. 2/3 cup 157ml Evaporated milk

  8. 4 oz 113g Spaghetti; cooked - drained

  9. 1 Egg - beaten

  10. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Grated pramesan cheese

  11. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  12. 1 Pizza sauce

  13. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Oregano Green pepper rings

  14. 1 cup 237ml Shredded mozzarella

  1. Recipe Instructions Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and evaporated milk. Press firmly onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Spoon off drippings. Combine spaghetti with egg, parmesan cheese, and butter. Spread in baked meat shell. Top with pizza sauce, oregano, green pepper rings, and mozzarella cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges. From the MM database of Judi M.
