  3. 1 c Canned beet juice

  4. 1 Clove garlic, crushed

  5. 1/2 Bay leaf

  6. 1/4 ts Allspice

  7. 1 t Salt

  8. Freshly ground pepper

  9. 1 c Cider vinegar

  1. Place eggs in quart jar. Combine remaining ingreds in enameled saucepanand bring to boil. Pour over eggs. Cover, cool and refrigerate for at least8 hrs.
