  1. 4 To 6 Chinese pancakes

  2. 1 ts Szechwan peppers

  3. 1 ts Pepper

  4. 1 tb Sesame oil

  5. 1 c Soy sauce

  6. chopped 2 Cloves garlic, finely

  7. 1/2c Spring onions, chopped

  8. 1/4c White onion, shredded

  9. 1/2c Carrots, grated

  10. 1/2c Bamboo shoots, sliced

  11. 1 c Shredded fresh cabbage

  12. 3/4c Pork, shredded

  13. 1/4c Chinese mushrooms, sliced

  14. 1/4c Mushrooms, sliced

  15. 3 Eggs, beaten

  16. 2 c Soy oil for frying

  1. + Heat soy oil in deep skillet to very hot.

  2. Pour in pork and stir-fry 4 minutes.

  3. Add beaten eggs and stir-fry for one additional minute.

  4. Add all fresh vegetables, except fresh garlic and spring onion, and stir-fry 2 additional minutes.

  5. Remove from skillet, drain thoroughly and reserve.

  6. In same heated skillet, place garlic and spring onions.

  7. Add soy sauce, pepper, Szechwan pepper and sesame oil.

  8. Stir and return reserved reserved pork and vegetables to skillet.

  9. Over hot flame, stir ingredients 1 or 2 minutes an pour on serving platter.

  10. On serving platter, put Mou-Shu Pork into steamed Chinese pancakes, folding pancake over mixture.

  11. Fills 4 to 6 pancakes.
