  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vegetable oil

  5. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Chopped carrots

  6. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped broccoli

  7. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped cabbage

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Chicken broth

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Soy sauce

  1. In a large Teflon fry pan, saute chicken and garlic in oil. Add onion, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, chicken broth, and soy sauce. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
