  1. 2 lb.s lamb shoulder, cubed

  2. 6 garlic cloves, crushed

  3. 1 c white wine

  4. 1 onion , diced Salt and pepper to taste

  5. 2 t paprika

  6. 1/2 c red wine

  7. 1/2 c beef broth

  8. 1 t red pepper flakes

  9. 2 T olive oil

  1. Marinate meat in white wine and 3 garlic cloves for 3 hours. Drain and discard marinade.

  2. Brown meat in olive oil, add onions and remaining garlic and sauté.

  3. Add the rest, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
