  3. 3 cups cubed bread

  4. 1 cup chopped apple s

  5. 1/2 cup diced celery

  6. 1/2 cup water flour

  1. In shallow roaster put 4 T. butter-add 3 cups cubed bread,apples, celery and water. Rub ribs with flour,salt & pepper. Place ribs on top of dressing. Roast 350 degrees for 2 hours.
