  2. 1 cup 237ml Ketchup

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Steak sauce

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Finely chopped garlic

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Horseradish

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Dry mustard

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Tabasco pepper sauce

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dark molasses

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Red wine vinegar

  1. Recipe Instructions In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk until sauce is well blended. Store in a 1-quart covered jar in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Use with beef, chicken, pork or game. This recipe yields 3 cups of sauce.
