  1. 3/4 lb Pork tenderloin

  2. 1/2 c Salad dressing -- or mayonnaise

  3. 1/4 c Seasoned bread crumbs

  4. 1 tb Parmesan cheese -- grated

  5. 1 tb Margarine

  6. 1 Garlic clove -- minced

  7. 1 tb Milk

  8. 1 tb Capers -- drained

  9. 1 t Lemon juice

  10. 3/4" slices; pound to

  11. 1/4" thickness. Spread pork generously w/

  12. 1/4 cup salad dressing. Combine crumbs & cheese. Coat pork w/ crumb mixture. Melt margarine. Add garlic; cook until tender. Reduce heat. Add pork; cook until meat is no longer pink. Combine remaining salad dressing, milk, capers & juice; mix well. Serve with pork. Serve w/ your favorite accompaniments. Makes
