  1. 5 pounds chicken wings -- separated

  2. 1 cup lime juice

  3. 4 ounces green chilies -- peeled and sliced

  4. 4 tablespoons garlic powder

  5. 2 1/2 tablespoons paprika

  6. 2 tablespoons salt

  7. 1 tablespoon lemon pepper

  8. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  9. 1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil

  1. Preparation : Puree the chilies in a food processor or blender Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Marinade for at least 2 hours refrigerated. I usually marinade 3 hours or so.
