  6. 1 Unflavored gelatin

  7. 1/2 c Milk

  8. 2/3 c Sugar

  9. 1/8 ts Salt

  10. 8 oz Commercial cream cheese

  11. ; softened/cubed

  12. 1 tb Lemon juice

  13. 1 ts Vanilla extract

  14. 8 oz Commercial sour cream

  15. 8 1/4 oz Crushed pineapple; undrained

  16. 1 Graham cracker crust

  17. 9-inch

  19. Combine 1/4 cup cold milk and gelatin in container of an

  20. electric blender; process at low speed to soften gelatin.

  21. Heat 1/2 cup milk in a small saucepan; add to gelatin

  22. mixture and process until gelatin granules dissolve. Scrape

  23. sides of blender with spatula. Add sugar and next five

  24. ingredients; blend until smooth. Drain pineapple,

  25. reserving 3 tablespoons syrup. Add reserved syrup to

  26. blender mixture; process until smooth. Pour into crust.

  27. 3 hours or until firm. Yield: one 9-inch pie. --
