  1. 1/2 cup 118ml Olive oil

  2. 10 Garlic cloves - sliced

  3. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Shrimp - large or medium

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  1. Heat the oil in a large, heavy skillet. Add the garlic. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.

  2. Peel and devein the shrimp; place in a large bowl. Pour the garlic mixture and lemon juice over; toss to coat.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 1 day.
