    2. 2 1/2 pounds lamb breast

    3. 8 potatoes, peeled, sliced

    4. 1 onion, peeled, quartered

    5. 1/2 pound rhubarb, peeled, washed, cut in pieces

    6. 3 tablespoons butter

    7. Seasonings to taste

    2. Cook in moderate oven for about 35 minutes.
