  1. 2 3 1/2 ounces beef tenderloin steak

  2. 1 ounce mushrooms -- sliced

  3. 2 medium shrimp

  4. 2 ounces clarified butter

  5. 1 teaspoon fresh basil

  6. 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

  7. 1 ounce white wine

  8. 4 ounces bearnaise sauce chopped parsley and paprika

  1. Preparation : Broil filets to desired degree of doneness. In a saucepan, melt butter and saute mushrooms and shrimp with basil, seasoning salt and wine. Pour mixture over filets. Glaze with bearnaise sauce. Garnish with parsley and paprika.
