  1. 1 x 400g tin of cannelli beans

  2. 1 x 250g jar of passata (i use a spicy one)

  3. 250g firm fish eg. orange roughey, skate

  4. 2 rashes of pancetta chopped

  5. 3 eggs

  6. Tabasco

  7. pepper and salt

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 Put passata, beans, pancetta in shallow dish (base of tagine) and stir to combine Place fish on top and spoon tomato mixture over the fish.

  2. Put in the oven and bake for 10 minutes Crack the 3 eggs over the fish and bake for another 5-10 minutes or longer depending on how you want your eggs cooked.

  3. Add tabasco or salt and pepper as desired.
