  2. 2 cups sweet potato meat

  3. 3 cups flour

  4. 1 1/2 cups sugar

  5. 2 teaspoons baking powder

  6. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  7. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  8. 1/4 teaspoon clove

  9. 1 teaspoon salt

  10. 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

  11. 1 teaspoon ginger

  12. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  13. 4 eggs

  14. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  15. 1 cup nuts

  16. 4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips -- melted

  1. Bake 2 pounds of sweet potatoes. Mix all ingredients except chocolate. Pour chocolate into 1/4 the batter. Alternate chocolate pumpkin batter with regular in a tube pan. Slice knife through batter to swirl.

  2. Bake 350 for 1 hour 10 minutes.
