  8. 1/4 c vegetable oil

  9. 3/4 tsp cumin seeds

  10. 3/4 tsp yellow mustard seeds

  11. 5 cloves garlic -- finely chopped

  12. 1 1/2 1 piece fresh ginger root -- cut into fine shreds

  13. 1 1/2 lbs cauliflower florets

  14. 2 fresh hot green chilies

  15. 1 tsp salt

  16. fresh ground black pepper

  17. 3/4 tsp Garam Masala

  18. 1/2 tsp chili powder -- or to taste

  19. Put oil in wok and sti on highish heat. When hot put in cumin and mustard seeds. Ads soon as mustard seeds begin to pop, a few seconds,

  20. put in galic, ginger, cauliflower and green chilies. Stir-fry 5-7

  21. minutes or until cauliflower has turned somewhat brown. Now put in salt

  22. black pepper, garam masala and chili powder; mix. Put in 4 tablspoons

  23. water and cover wok imediately. Cook for 2 minutes and serve.
