    1. 1 c Apples;chopped

    2. 1 c Bananas;sliced

    3. 8 oz Pineapple chunks;unsweetened

    4. --drained

    5. 1/2 c Raisins

    6. 1/2 c Celery;chopped

    7. 1/3 c Mayo;reduced calories

    8. 1 tb Lemon juice

    9. 16 Lettuce leaves;optional

    Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

    1. Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves.

    2. Toss gently to coat, and chill 1 to 2 hours.

    3. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.

    4. Yield : 16 - 1/4 cup servings.

    5. Each serving may be exchanged for 1 Fruit.
