  2. 2 cups celery, washed, chopped fine

  3. 2 cups water

  4. 1 cup cream

  5. 2 tablespoons butter Seasonings to taste

  1. Instructions Pour water and cream over the codfish. Add celery, seasonings and butter. Put in a sauce pan. Cover. Let cook slowly for about 10 minutes. Then serve.
