  1. 1 c PEANUT BUTTER

  2. 1 c LIGHT BROWN SUGAR

  3. 1 c GRNULATED SUGAR

  4. 1/2 c BUTTER

  5. 2 c FLOUR

  6. 2 ea EGGS

  7. 2 t BAKING SODA

  8. 1/2 t SALT

  1. Cream peanut butter and butter until smooth, blend in sugar until light and creamy, add beaten eggs.

  2. sift together the flour, soda and salt and add to mixture.

  3. Add more flour if necessary so that the dough can be formed into 1-1/2 inch balls by hand.

  4. Place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart and flaten each with tangs of a fork.

  5. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
