  1. 3 Jalapeno peppers - stemmed, seeded, chopped

  2. 2 oz 56g Tomatillos - drained

  3. 1 White onion - cut up

  4. 2 Garlic cloves - chopped (small)

  5. 1/2 cup 8g / 1/3oz Coarsely chopped cilantro

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Fresh lime juice

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  8. 1 Sugar

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine peppers, tomatillos, onion, garlic and cilantro in a processor; pulse 10 times. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add remaining ingredients.
