  1. 1 1/4 lbs 567g / 20oz Unsalted almonds

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Coarsely-chopped fresh rosemary leaves

  3. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Cayenne

  4. 3 teaspoons 15ml Dark brown sugar - (firmly packed)

  5. 3 teaspoons 15ml Coarse salt

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Unsalted butter - melted

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a baking sheet spread almonds and toast in middle of oven until golden, about 12 to 15 minutes. While nuts are toasting, in a large bowl toss together remaining ingredients. Toss nuts with rosemary mixture. This recipe yields 4 cups.
