  1. 1 large butternut squash

  2. 3 T butter, softened

  3. 1 onion, minced

  4. 2 tsp. bottled minced garlic

  5. 1/2 cup chardonnay or other white wine

  6. 1 48 oz. container fatfree chicken broth low sodium

  7. 1 cup skim milk

  8. 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream

  9. 1 chili pepper in adobo sauce from

  10. 7 1/2 oz. can*

  11. 1 T adobo sauce from same can*

  12. 2 T chopped fresh cilantro

  13. 1 T chopped chives juice of one lime

  14. 2 tsp. grated lime zest

  15. 1 tsp. coarse ground kosher salt extra sour cream and chives or cilantro for garnishIf you are sensitive to spicy peppers, start out with half this amount and make sure that is not hot for you. If you are more daring try the whole pepper and 1 T of the sauce. I prefer my food maybe a bit spicier than others.
