  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Sea scallops - cut in half

  2. Horizontally - if large

  3. 1 Baby corn

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Sesame seed oil

  5. 1 Fresh broccoli - cut bite size

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Grated fresh ginger

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Chopped garlic

  8. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Snow pea pods

  9. Lite soy sauce - to taste

  1. Heat oil in pan. Stir in garlic and ginger. Add vegetables and soy sauce to taste. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until vegetables are crisp tender.

  2. Add scallops and toss until scallops turn snow white. Do not over cook. Serve over white or brown rice.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
