  2. 100 gram mushrooms

  3. 1 bell peppers -- green

  4. 1 onion

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 1 teaspoon curry powder

  7. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

  8. 1/4 teaspoon chile powder

  9. 50 milliliters oil

  1. Slice the mushrooms, pepper and onion. Place in a bowl, add the salt, curry powder, turmeric and chile powder and mix well. Heat the oil and stir fry the mushroom mixture for 10 minutes.

  2. Note - If this curry appears too dry add 60 ml Coconut milk, thick just prior to serving.
