  1. Meatloaf

  2. 1 1/2 lb ground beef

  3. 1 C bread crumbs

  4. 1 medium onion , chopped

  5. 1 egg

  6. 1 1/2 tsp salt

  7. 1/4 tsp pepper

  8. 4 Tb ketchup

  9. 1/2 C milk Sauce

  10. 4 Tb vinegar

  11. 4 Tb brown sugar

  12. 2 Tb Worcestershire sauce

  13. 1/2 C ketchup

  14. 1/4 C chopped onion

  1. Preheat to 325*F.

  2. Mix all of the meatload ingredients together in a large bowl and shape into a 9x5" loaf pan.

  3. In a small saucepan, mix together all sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and let simmer for 2 minutes. Pour over meatloaf and bake for 1 hour.
