  1. Horseradish Sauce

  2. 1 box (10 1/2oz silken tofu), soft or firm

  3. 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

  4. 1/2 tsp. salt

  5. 2 tsp prepared horseradish

  6. white pepper, to taste

  7. minced chives, optional

  8. Place all ingredients in a blender, and whip until smooth. Store

  9. in a tightly covered container in the fridge. Serve cold or at

  10. room temp. Good for sandwiches, baked potatos, steamed veggie

  11. topping, artichoke dipping, and anywhere you would use mayonnaise.
