  1. 2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, drained, rinsed

  2. 1 (11-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained

  3. 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

  4. 1/2 cup green pepper strips

  5. 1/2 cup red onion, sliced

  6. 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (or parsley), chopped

  7. 2 tablespoons lime juice

  8. 1 clove garlic, minced

  9. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  11. 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
