  5. 1 pk Spinach, frozen, chopped

  6. 1/2 ea Butter, stick

  7. 1/2 c Cottage cheese

  8. 1 c Milk

  9. 1/2 c Onions, chopped

  10. 1 ts Salt

  11. 1 c Swiss cheese, grated

  12. 1/2 ts Pepper

  13. 1/2 c Celery, chopped

  14. 1/4 ts Nutmeg

  15. 2 ea Eggs

  16. 1 ea 9 pastry shell, deep

  17. Cook spinach in salted water according to package directions. Drain well.

  18. Sautee onion and celery in butter until onion is soft. Into a deep pastry

  19. shell spread cottage cheese over bottom. Mix spinach with onion mixture

  20. and spread over cottage cheese. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over top. Combine

  21. eggs, milk, and seasonings and pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until set.
