  1. 1-1/2 cups flour

  2. 1/4 tsp. baking powder

  3. 1/2 tsp. salt

  4. 1/4 tsp. baking soda

  5. 1/8 tsp. pepper

  6. 1/3 cup milk

  7. 1/3 cup buttermilk

  8. 2 eggs, beaten

  9. 1 cup cooked toppings

  10. 1 cup pizza or tomato sauce

  11. 1-2 cups grated cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease and dust with flour a 14" round pizza pan or a 15x10" jelly roll pan. Set aside. In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Add milk, buttermilk, and eggs and mix just until combined. Pour batter into prepared pan, tilting pan as necessary so batter covers bottom of pan.

  2. Sprinkle your favorite cooked toppings, except for pizza sauce and cheese, over batter and bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown. THEN drizzle with desired pizza sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes longer until crust is deep golden brown and toppings are thoroughly heated.
